1. Check-out time is 10:30 am for guests paying with cash as we need extra time to process. For guests paying by credit card, check-out is 11:00 am. If you plan to extend your stay, arrangements must be made by 10:30 am. There is a $25 late check out fee, and after 1:00 pm, the FULL DAY RATE APPLIES.

2. Full payment to be received at time of check-in. Check-in time is 3:00 pm. There is a $25 early check-in fee from 7 am to 11 am. After 11 am, the early check-in fee can be waived if clean rooms are available for guests.

3. Pets are always welcome, and must be announced at check-in. There is a $15 charge per pet, per day, and a $50 additional refundable deposit is required for cash-paying customers. We ask that you do not leave your pets unattended.

4. Smoking in rooms is not allowed. There is a minimum $100 per day charge for smoking in the rooms, plus any damage caused by the smoke.

5. 48 hours advance cancellation is required for a refund. Special rates have extended cancellation requirements, call for details - 760-342-0264.

6. Pool Hours are 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. No alcoholic beverages are allowed in pool area.

7. BBQ facilities are open to all. Utensils are available at front desk.

8. Registered guest are responsible for the room rented. Rooms and deposits are not transferable. We allow 15 minutes after check-in to claim a full refund, providing guest room is unused. After that, no refunds or discounts are entertained.

9. Guests are required to sign our registration, credit card authorization, and departure invoice.

10. Number of occupants must be accurately reported, or an additional charge will be made to the room at $25 per person.

11. As a courtesy to our guests rising early, we have a "No-Loud-Noise" policy after 10:00 pm.

12. Towels removed and any other missing or damaged items will be charged to guests. Prices are available at the front desk.

13. Keep windows and door closed for AC to work and for the security of our guests.

14. In-room safes are provided for your valuables. We suggest you utilize them.

15. Guests are not allowed to use personal microwaves, stoves, DVD players or video game consoles in the room.

16. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
